Summary

Looking for someone who has a background in real estate. This person must have the key components to know about properties, law with properties, provide full detailed information on properties, etc. I am looking into buying property and i have my eyes on a few areas. Need assistance to see if properties are still open on the market to purchase, amount of property, what is needed to purchase property, if i can offer an amount lesser than property value, etc. I tend to ask a lot of questions, so please bare with me but please be very helpful and very knowledgeable with me.
