Weāre hiring a Reception & Client Experience Manager to join our team remotely and support our U.S.-based legal operation. Youāll be the first voice people hear and a key part of delivering service that makes people feel seen, valued, and cared for. š This Role is for You if You: Speak fluent Spanish and English Are friendly, fast-thinking, and thrive on talking to people all day Stay calm under pressure and manage tasks without missing a beat Welcome feedback and always look for ways to improve Want to grow in a high-performance, mission-driven team š« This Role is Not for You if You: Donāt take feedback well or prefer to work alone Arenāt comfortable being held accountable through daily/weekly reports Donāt enjoy connecting with people or speaking all day Just want a job, not a career path with leadership opportunities š ļø What Youāll Do: Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and warmth Route calls and schedule appointments with accuracy Manage calendars and send reminders to clients Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish, gathering information and providing updates Translate documents as needed Maintain call logs, voicemail records, and reporting metrics Support attorneys and the legal team with admin tasks as assigned Track performance through weekly and monthly reporting š What Youāll Need: At least 1 year of receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience Strong communication and writing skills in both Spanish and English Attention to detail and strong time management Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Patience and empathy in handling client concerns and calls š Work & Compensation Details: Hourly rate: $12ā$15/hour (based on experience and performance) Remote foreign labor role 90-day probation period before PTO eligibility Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday š Benefits (After 90 Days): 10 PTO days per year (accrued) 14 paid holidays per year Training, coaching, and leadership development opportunities Long-term role with opportunities to grow within the firm Be the voice that leads with compassion.
