Remote Membership Sales Manager

We own a HOTWORX fitness studio in Michigan and are looking for an experienced remote sales representative to help grow our membership. Your primary responsibility will be converting existing leads into memberships. Daily responsibilities: • Call new leads immediately • Follow up with missed guests and former members • Respond to text inquiries • Book appointments • Sell memberships over the phone • Update our CRM with notes after every interaction We’re looking for someone with: • Excellent English • Strong phone sales skills • Experience with outbound calling and lead follow-up • Appointment setting or membership sales experience • Fitness industry experience is a plus This is a long-term opportunity for the right person.
