Residential Real Estate Valuation / Underwriter

We are the only national iBuyer in the USA. We're looking for a person with experience in residential real estate underwriting (primarily single family residential). • Research and evaluate residential properties to determine both “as is” and “after repair” values. Primarily single family homes, town homes and condos. • Use internal proprietary platforms and market data to identify relevant comparable sales. • Review property photos and condition reports to assess repair scope and resale positioning. • Prepare clear, well structured written valuation summaries explaining assumptions and conclusions. • Maintain accuracy and consistency across all underwriting reports and analyses. • Conduct ongoing market research on local and national residential real estate trends.
