Revenue Growth Systems Operator

## About Us Pearl Painting is a fast-growing residential painting company based in Minnesota. We're not looking for someone to make social media posts or check boxes. We're looking for someone who loves taking ideas and turning them into systems. Our owner is highly focused on sales, marketing, content creation, partnerships, and growth. We need someone who can help build the systems that turn those ideas into reality. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, project management, process creation, automation, and making things run smoothly. You will work directly with the owner and help build the infrastructure that supports future growth. --- ## What You'll Do You will take ownership of projects such as: * Building lead nurturing and lead warming systems * Creating CRM workflows and automation * Implementing SMS and email follow-up sequences * Coordinating content production workflows * Building referral and partner programs * Organizing marketing campaigns * Creating SOPs and process documentation * Tracking key sales and marketing metrics * Researching software and implementation options * Managing special projects from idea to completion * Identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions Example: The owner says: "We need a lead warming system." You help: * Organize the project * Build the workflow * Coordinate assets * Set up automation * Test the system * Document the process * Report results --- ## What Success Looks Like You are successful if ideas become reality.
