We work with eCommerce and consumer product brands across: • Skincare • Beauty • Supplements • Fragrance • Candles • Coffee • Tea • Jewellery • Subscription Boxes • Wellness Our clients typically order custom packaging with minimum order quantities of 5,000+ units. We are looking for an experienced SDR / Appointment Setter to own the front-end sales process and consistently book qualified meetings with decision-makers. Your Responsibilities • Research and identify qualified target companies • Build prospect lists that match our ICP • Find and verify decision-maker contact details • Manage cold email outreach campaigns • Manage follow-up sequences • Handle prospect replies • Qualify opportunities • Book appointments directly into our calendar • Keep CRM records updated • Provide weekly reporting You will NOT be responsible for closing sales. Your only objective is to generate qualified meetings. Target Decision Makers • Operations Managers • Procurement Managers • Purchasing Managers • Supply Chain Managers • Founders / CEOs Target Markets Primary: • United Kingdom Secondary: • Ireland • Germany • Netherlands • France Ideal Experience Required: • B2B appointment setting experience • Cold email outreach experience • Lead generation experience • Strong written English • CRM experience • Experience booking meetings Preferred: • Manufacturing • Supply Chain • Procurement • Packaging • Logistics • eCommerce Tools Experience with any of the following is a bonus: • PlusVibe • Instantly • Smartlead • Apollo • Clay • LinkedIn Sales Navigator • HubSpot • Pipedrive • n8n Success Metrics Monthly Targets: • 500–1,000 qualified leads identified • 50–150 positive conversations • 20–40 qualified meetings booked Compensation Please include: • Your monthly rate • Previous SDR experience • Average meetings booked per month in previous roles • Industries you have worked in • Examples of campaigns you have managed Application Instructions To be considered, please answer the following: 1.
