SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist — Telehealth/Wellness Brand (Website, YouTube, Social, Google)

Overview:
I run a nationwide telehealth and wellness brand and I'm looking for an organic growth specialist to build my search presence across my website, YouTube channel, Google (Search Console + Business Profile), and social media. This is a marketing role, not a development role — you will not touch hosting, code, or backend infrastructure. What you'll do: * Technical SEO on my website (page speed, mobile, meta tags, site structure, schema markup) * Keyword research around patient search intent and build a content plan around it * YouTube SEO — optimize titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for search * Social media profile optimization for discoverability and consistency * Set up and report on Google Search Console and Google Analytics Required: * Proven SEO experience with healthcare, telehealth, or wellness clients (please share relevant case studies) * Google Analytics / Google Ads certification a plus * Demonstrated ranking improvements in past work — not just "content posted" * Comfortable working within FDA and healthcare advertising restrictions. This is essential. My content cannot make weight-loss promises, before/after claims, or unapproved treatment claims, and you'll need to respect those guardrails in everything you produce. How this works: * Milestone-based payment — I pay per deliverable, not lump-sum upfront. * I retain ownership of all accounts. Every platform (Search Console, YouTube, Analytics, social, Google Business Profile) stays under my ownership. You'll be granted delegated/admin access — accounts are never created under your name.
