SOP-Based Website & Marketing Assistant | Fluent English Required

We are looking for a detail-oriented assistant to help with website and marketing fulfillment tasks for a small web design/Google Ads agency. This is not a strategy role. We are not looking for an SEO expert or Google Ads expert. We already have systems, SOPs, checklists, templates, and AI tools. Your job is to follow the process, complete tasks accurately, and document your work. ## Main Tasks * Swapping images and text onto landing pages, service pages, and SEO pages * Checking buttons, forms, thank-you pages, mobile layout, and page links * Uploading, sorting, renaming, and organizing images * Publishing AI-assisted articles and pages using our templates * Basic SEO checklist following * Making simple on-page SEO updates based on our checklist * Checking Google Ads accounts and flagging issues from a checklist * Preparing monthly report drafts using our CRM and AI tools * Reviewing Microsoft Clarity recordings and flagging obvious website issues * Helping with CRM setup, site submissions, SMTP setup, and final website checks ## Requirements * Fluent English * Good with technology, computers, and AI tools * Organized and detail-oriented * Comfortable following detailed SOPs and checklists * Comfortable with repetitive tasks * Comfortable with tracked hourly work * Able to communicate clearly when something is unclear * Available 20–30 hours per week ## Bonuses, Not Required * WordPress experience * SEO experience * Google Ads experience * Experience with tools like Google Docs, Google Sheets, ChatGPT, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, Loom, or CRM software Training will be provided. ## Who This Is For This role is ideal for someone who: * Likes repetitive checklist-based work * Likes clear instructions * Can follow SOPs without skipping steps * Is comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT * Can work carefully without needing constant reminders * Documents their work clearly * Wants a long-term role with room to grow ## Who This Is Not For This is not a good fit if you want to create your own SEO strategy, Google Ads strategy, or marketing process. We need an executor who can follow our systems. ## Pay & Hours Starting rate: $10–$18 USD/hour depending on experience, reliability, and quality of work. Expected hours: 20–30 hours per week. We are happy to pay well for the right person. If you genuinely help take work off our plate, follow systems accurately, and help the business grow, there is room for more hours, more responsibility, and higher monthly pay over time.
