STR Co-Host / Operations Builder (Revenue Share Role) We are building a short-term rental business using vacation club inventory (Global Destinations Vacation – GDV). We are seeking an experienced STR operator or co-host who can help us build, structure, and scale our Airbnb operations from the ground up. This is not a basic virtual assistant role. This is a hands-on operations build role with long-term partnership potential. Responsibilities: * Set up and optimize 1–3 Airbnb listings from GDV inventory * Build standard operating procedures (SOPs) as processes are created * Establish pricing, occupancy, and revenue optimization strategies * Manage guest messaging systems and booking workflows initially * Help design performance tracking (occupancy, revenue, response time) * Assist in hiring and training the first virtual assistant * Transition operational knowledge to owner over time Success Metrics: * Occupancy rate per listing * Monthly revenue performance per listing * Guest response time standards * System documentation completion (SOPs) Ideal Candidate: * Strong Airbnb / STR co-host or property management experience * Has built or scaled listings before (not just assisted) * Understands revenue optimization and guest experience * Comfortable building systems, not just managing tasks * Good communicator and patient teacher Compensation: * Revenue share model (percentage of gross booking revenue) * Performance-based bonus structure may be added based on growth and occupancy * Long-term partnership potential for scaling portfolio
