# Sales Coach (High-Ticket Sales & Appointment Setting) ## Overview We are a fast-growing sales education company seeking an experienced Sales Coach to help train and develop our students in appointment setting and high-ticket sales. This role is ideal for someone who has real-world sales experience, has coached sales professionals before, and enjoys helping others improve their performance. ## Responsibilities * Conduct 2 live group coaching calls per week * Provide actionable feedback to students *Monitor student progress and identify areas for improvement * Answer sales-related questions and provide mentorship ## Requirements * Proven experience in high-ticket sales, appointment setting, or sales management * Previous coaching, training, or leadership experience preferred * Strong understanding of objection handling and sales psychology * Excellent communication skills * Ability to motivate and hold students accountable * Reliable internet connection and availability for weekly coaching calls ## Ideal Candidate * Has personally generated significant sales results * Has managed or trained sales teams * Comfortable coaching both beginners and experienced sales professionals ## To Apply Please include: 1.
