Summary

We’re a HIPAA-compliant billing platform built for solo cash-pay and out-of-network private practice providers (therapists, chiropractors, wellness practitioners, etc.). We’re looking for a motivated SDR to help us generate qualified leads and build our sales pipeline. What you’ll do: • Prospect and build targeted lead lists of solo/small private practice providers, in addition to lists we provide • Conduct outbound outreach across all available channels — LinkedIn, email, and cold calling — to generate interest • Qualify leads based on practice size, billing pain points, and fit • Book discovery calls/demos • Log and track all outreach activity in our CRM (HubSpot or Apollo — provided) • Iterate on messaging based on response rates What we’re looking for: • Prior experience in B2B SaaS sales development or lead generation (healthcare industry experience a strong plus) • Comfortable with high-volume, multi-channel outreach (calls, email sequences, LinkedIn) • Strong written communication skills — you’ll be crafting outreach copy • Experience building prospect lists from scratch (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar) • Self-directed and able to work independently with minimal oversight • Familiarity with HubSpot or Apollo CRM a plus Project details: • Duration: 1–3 months (trial period, with potential to extend for the right fit) • Hours: Part-time/flexible, to be discussed • Budget: $8-$12/hr + commission • We provide: CRM access (HubSpot or Apollo) and initial lead lists
