I’m seeking a versatile Virtual Assistant to join me part-time, with the potential for a full-time role. Key Responsibilities: • Design & Content Creation: • Craft visually compelling graphics using Canva for social media and marketing campaigns. • Develop templates for event invitations, particularly for trunk shows. • Client Communication: • Manage and respond to client emails with professionalism and warmth. • Schedule appointments and send timely reminders. • Social Media Management: • Curate and schedule posts for Instagram, ensuring alignment with our brand voice. • Engage with our online community, fostering relationships and increasing engagement. • Event Coordination: • Assist in organizing and promoting events, ensuring seamless execution. Ideal Candidate: • Proficient in Canva with a strong design portfolio. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Familiarity with the fashion industry and a passion for slow fashion. • Self-motivated, organized, and attentive to detail. • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) and social media scheduling tools is a plus. Position Details: • Location: Remote (Preference for candidates in the Central Time Zone) • Hours: Starting at 10-15 hours per week, with potential for growth.  • Compensation: Commensurate with experience.
