Senior PCB & Hardware Engineer – Wireless ANC Headphone Development

📖 About the Project We are developing a premium wireless over-ear headphone with Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) as part of our in-house R&D initiative. This is not a hobby project or basic Arduino work. We are building a commercial-grade product targeting sound quality comparable to established mid-premium brands. We are looking for an experienced PCB & Hardware Engineer with prior experience in Bluetooth audio products. 🎯 Scope of Work Design a multilayer PCB for Bluetooth ANC headphones Integrate Bluetooth Audio SoC (Qualcomm / Nordic / BES – to be finalized) Design clean analog audio signal routing Implement ANC microphone circuitry (feedforward/feedback) Power management design (Li-ion battery, protection, USB-C charging) RF layout and antenna optimization for stable Bluetooth performance EMI/EMC-aware PCB layout Provide schematics, BOM, Gerber files, and documentation ✅ Required Skills Multilayer PCB design experience Bluetooth audio product experience RF design and antenna layout knowledge Audio circuit design (low noise, THD optimization) Li-ion battery management systems Experience with FreeRTOS or embedded firmware environments Experience using KiCad / Altium / OrCAD / Eagle 🚫 Not Suitable For Arduino hobby projects Basic IoT device developers PLC/industrial automation engineers Robotics-only background We are specifically looking for engineers with experience in consumer audio electronics. 💡 Bonus Skills Experience working with Qualcomm QCC / nRF52 / BES chipsets ANC hardware integration experience Audio DSP awareness 📦 Deliverables Complete schematic design Production-ready PCB layout Component selection & BOM Manufacturing-ready Gerber files Support during prototype testing 📌 To Apply Please share: Examples of previous Bluetooth audio hardware projects PCB layout samples (audio/RF preferred) Confirmation of experience with Bluetooth audio SoCs Estimated timeline
