Senior web designer for B2B site redesign

We have a live website, visquanta.com. It was designed around one industry: car dealerships. We're now moving into other industries, and the site needs to grow with us. That means reworking it so the core pages speak to any business we serve, with dedicated industry pages underneath. This is not just a copy swap. The layout and design need to flex per industry too. To be clear: this is our marketing website only. It does not touch our product or app interface. Deliverables (design only, in Figma): - Reworked core pages: homepage, product pages, pricing, about, contact. - A reusable industry-page template that works for dealerships today and new industries as we add them. - A tidy component library and style guide so our in-house developers can build it exactly as designed. What we're looking for: - A strong portfolio of marketing websites for real businesses. Show us work where the design had to sell something, not just look good. - A point of view. We do not want the generic AI-startup look: gradient text, glowing cards, floating 3D shapes. Clean, confident, and a bit warmer than what everyone else is shipping. - Comfort designing around real content: testimonials, product screenshots, stats, and messaging that changes per industry. - Clear communication in English and reliable availability for async feedback rounds. How we'll work: Fixed price with three milestones: homepage direction first, then the full desktop set, then responsive versions and handoff. We give fast, specific feedback and we have brand basics (logo, colors) to start from. Your job ends at a clean, organized Figma file.
