Share your HR Manager/Director experience

I need a professional interview for students to watch with an individual with HR Manager or HR Director experience in a small-to-medium-sized organization. A pseudonym can be used for the organization's name. The intention is to record a video that reflects a real-world case study. This is a companion case study for a chapter in a recruiting textbook. A signed release to use the video with the textbook is required. A list of 10 interview questions are provided; see the attached document. The interview is anticipated to take about 30 to 45 minutes. Appropriate business attire is expected; background not blurred; noise reduction and uninterrupted time required; quality microphone and camera are needed for video quality.
