Shopify DTC Growth Operator, US/EU Markets (Ceramics Tableware & Dinnerware)

We are looking for a hands-on Shopify operator with proven experience building and scaling ceramics tableware, dinnerware, or home-living brands from the ground up in US and European markets. This is not a marketing-only role. We are seeking someone who understands the entire business lifecycle—from supplier sourcing and logistics to Shopify store development, merchandising, SKU testing, and operational scaling. Responsibilities: - Source and evaluate suppliers, products, and manufacturing partners. - Build and launch Shopify stores from scratch. - Set up product catalogs, collections, navigation, merchandising, and customer experience. - Develop SKU testing frameworks to identify winning products and collections. - Manage supplier relationships, fulfillment workflows, shipping solutions, and operational processes. - Optimize conversion rates, AOV, product presentation, and merchandising. - Analyze product, store, and customer data to drive growth and profitability. - Coordinate with creatives, developers, and marketing resources as needed. Requirements: - Proven experience building a ceramics tableware, dinnerware, kitchenware, or related home-living Shopify brand from scratch. - Strong supplier sourcing and product selection experience. - Strong understanding of logistics, fulfillment, shipping, and operational workflows for US and/or EU markets. - Hands-on Shopify store setup and management experience. - Demonstrated ability to identify, test, validate, and scale winning SKUs. - Strong commercial mindset with deep understanding of conversion, merchandising, and profitability metrics. Bonus Skills: - Meta Ads and Google Ads management. - Product photography and creative direction. - CRO, landing page optimization, and email marketing. - Experience scaling brands beyond $500k+ annual revenue.
