Responsibilities: Create a monthly content calendar Provide weekly content ideas and shot lists Review performance and suggest improvements Edit raw footage into engaging Instagram Reels Write captions and recommend hashtags Perform engagement and community-building activities Stay current on Instagram trends and opportunities in the art niche Workflow: I will send raw footage, studio clips, artwork photos, and behind-the-scenes content You will recommend additional content to film You will edit and deliver Instagram-ready Reels You will maintain a content calendar and posting plan Requirements: Experience growing Instagram accounts Strong Reel editing skills Understanding of engagement, retention, and Instagram algorithms Ability to proactively suggest content ideas Portfolio showing measurable results Please include: Portfolio Accounts you've managed Reel examples Hourly rate and Availability
