Social media manager

Science of Our Wellness is a growing wellness media platform dedicated to bridging science and holistic wellness. We produce a podcast, print magazine, educational content, and community events focused on nutrition, sleep, stress management, movement, gut health, and evidence-informed wellness practices. We are looking for a creative and reliable Social Media Manager to help grow our online presence and engage our community. Responsibilities * Create and schedule social media content for Instagram and Facebook * Design simple graphics and carousel posts using Canva * Edit short-form video clips and reels from podcast episodes and events * Write engaging captions aligned with our brand voice * Repurpose podcast and magazine content into social media posts * Monitor comments and messages and respond when appropriate * Research relevant wellness trends and content ideas * Help increase engagement, reach, and community growth * Assist with promoting podcast episodes, magazine releases, practitioner features, and events Ideal Candidate * Experience managing social media accounts for wellness, health, lifestyle, or podcast brands * Strong Canva skills * Experience editing Instagram Reels and short-form video content * Excellent writing and communication skills * Understanding of holistic wellness, nutrition, health education, or related fields * Organized, proactive, and able to work independently Platforms * Instagram (primary focus) * Facebook * LinkedIn (bonus) * TikTok (bonus) Deliverables * 3-5 posts per week * 2-4 reels per week * Community engagement support * Growth recommendations (we need our page to grow followers) To Apply Please include: 1.
