Squarespace Website Refresh + Strategic Service Pages

Overview: I'm looking for a Squarespace designer with a strong user experience and conversion focus to refresh my existing site and build out a strategic homepage and three service pages. I want someone who can tell me what should go where to drive sales, not just someone who can execute a design brief. What I need: Sitewide: A visual refresh across all existing pages, same general brand vibe, just sharper, more polished, and more engaging. Homepage: Strategic redesign that either (a) gives visitors a clear overview of everything I offer, or (b) routes them to the right service based on what they're looking for. I want your recommendation on which approach works better for my business and why. Service Pages (3 total): One page per offering, built with sales and UX in mind. Clear value proposition, logical flow, and strong calls to action that convert visitors into leads. Who I'm looking for: Someone who leads with strategy, not just aesthetics.
