We are currently expanding our outreach to establish new contracts and long-term partnerships with healthcare organizations and professional entities nationwide. Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and professional Virtual Assistant / Cold Caller with a background in healthcare to help generate leads, initiate contact with decision-makers, and schedule meetings with our CEO. As our virtual liaison, you will play a critical role in expanding our footprint across hospitals, clinics, home health agencies, and other medical and allied health facilities. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify target healthcare facilities and organizations Cold call facilities to gather key information and identify decision-makers Introduce FutureLink’s services and value proposition in a confident and professional manner Offer and schedule meetings between decision-makers and FutureLink’s CEO Document call outcomes, follow-ups, and leads in a shared tracking system Perform light administrative tasks and special projects as assigned Ideal Candidate: Has experience in the medical field (clinical or administrative) Comfortable speaking with medical directors, hiring managers, and executives *Excellent English speaking and written communication skills*-preferably native Warm, personable, and persuasive on the phone Organized and detail-oriented Able to work independently and reliably Previous experience in cold calling, lead generation, or virtual assistance is highly preferred Tools We Use: CRM and call tracking tools (training provided) Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) Hours & Compensation: Part-time to start (5–15 hours/week) with potential for growth To Apply: Please submit your resume or Upwork profile along with a brief cover letter explaining your healthcare background, relevant experience in outreach or lead generation, and why you’re a great fit for this role.
