TikTok Shop Creator Manager — Motherhood Apparel Brand (Part-Time, Ongoing)

Call Her Mama is a fast-growing motherhood apparel brand (trucker hats, sweatshirts, totes) with an active TikTok Shop creator program, and we're looking for someone to own the day-to-day backend and help us scale it. What you'll do: -Manage our TikTok Shop affiliate backend: review and approve sample requests, send creator invites, and follow up to keep the pipeline moving -Source higher-tier creators (often on Instagram) and route them through our funnel — creators simply request a free sample on TikTok Shop -Identify top-performing creators and pitch them our Trybe membership, which pays automatic commission on the Facebook ads we run with their content -Track outreach, response rates, and creator performance so we know what's working What we're looking for: -Experience managing TikTok Shop affiliate/creator programs (approvals, invites, follow-ups) -Comfortable with creator sourcing and outreach on TikTok and Instagram -Organized and self-directed — you'll own this workflow with minimal hand-holding Bonus: experience with UGC programs, affiliate management, or tools like TikTok Creator Marketplace, Aspire, or Insense Details: Part-time to start (roughly 5–10 hours/week) with room to grow as the program scales. Ongoing role, not a one-off project. We move fast and creators love the brand — samples get requested daily, so there's real volume to work with.
