Update website

I have a website already on shopify for prescription eyeglasses which thisbis a professional business. I need a few things I need done. 1) I need roughly around 500 products added, around 300 products removed, variants - example: when you click on a color the the frames should chsnge. I click on the blue tab the eyeglasses should change to blue, if i click on a black frame the eyeglasses should chsnge to black. On the menu name brands need to he removed and added as well. 2) revamp my website. I will provide the competitor i want it to look and function like the competitor. 3) the last developers did the banner wrong. Meaning. The banner has a button shopw now and it redirects you, but you click on any part of the banner and it redirects you. This is all for now. I will provide more info soon. We will have to screen share so you can see and understand exactly what needs to be done.
