Appointment Setter / Call Booker – Immediate Start Urgently seeking a confident and friendly appointment setter to contact a list of warm enquiries and arrange appointments from meeting them in person at our recent Expo. The person needs to make bookings for clients to attend in person meeting at our office (New Zealand), or Teams meeting if they are out of town. Most will be local. Must have the ability to call from an NZ number (so it displays as a New Zealand number on the person's phone). About the role: - Warm leads only (no cold calling) - they are expecting to hear from us - Calls need to be completed over the next 48 hours - Ongoing work available for the right person - MUST have the ability to call from a New Zealand phone number (we cannot provide this to you). Responsibilities: - Calling people who have already expressed interest via a list with some notes - Having natural, professional conversations - Checking availability in our calendar and coordinating suitable times with us - Updating call outcomes in a spreadsheet or CRM - Following a simple script and handling basic objections; only booking interested people - quality over quantity - Call during a couple of times of the day (NZ time) to catch them (no voice messages) Ideal candidate: - Clear neutral accent - Friendly, organised, reliable, excellent communication - Previous appointment setting, customer service, or call centre experience is a must - Able to start immediately and have availability this week Please include in your proposal: - Your hourly rate - A brief summary of your experience - Your availability over the next two days - Estimated time for you to call approx up to 50 leads This is a warm list and there is potential for ongoing work with regular enquiries for the right person, as we have ongoing targeted keyword-ads for the next job. Appointments will be booked directly by our team; your role is to qualify interest, coordinate times, and keep conversations moving.
