User-Friendly Website Speed Optimization

I am looking for a web performance specialist to improve the speed and overall performance of my website while preserving the existing user design and functionality. My goal is to achieve faster loading times and stronger performance across both desktop and mobile devices, with a target load time of approximately 2–2.3 seconds or better in GTmetrix. The ideal freelancer has experience with website performance optimization and is able to identify and address performance bottlenecks using appropriate technical solutions, beyond video/image optimization. I value optimizations that deliver measurable improvements while maintaining the site's current appearance and behavior. Areas that may require optimization include: * Video optimization (if truly needed, without it looking like bad quality) * Backend performance enhancements * Code minification and cleanup * Reducing unnecessary scripts and plugins * Improving Core Web Vitals (particularly LCP) * Database and asset optimization * General web performance best practices A key requirement for this project is that the website should continue to look and function the same after optimization. Existing layouts, styling, responsiveness, animations, and user interactions should be preserved so that visitors experience the site exactly as intended. While optimization plugins can sometimes be part of the process, I am primarily interested in meaningful technical improvements rather than a plugin-only approach.
