Virtual Assistant — Cold Calling, Client Follow-Up & Admin for B2B Supply Business (16–20 hrs/wk)

J&I Stephens LLC is a US-based wholesale supplier serving business and institutional buyers (office supplies, PPE, janitorial, and technology products). We're hiring a part-time virtual assistant (16–20 hours/week, ongoing) who is confident on the phone and organized behind the scenes. What you'll do: Manage our group mailbox: organize, respond, and route messages professionally Cold call prospective buyers to introduce our company (a US phone line/VoIP will be required — e.g., OpenPhone or similar) Follow up with clients on quotes, orders, and open invoices Research new sales opportunities and flag ones that match our products Help prepare quotes and proposal documents for owner review Maintain a simple CRM/tracker of leads, contacts, follow-ups, and deadlines Requirements: Proven cold calling or appointment-setting experience — tell us about it in your proposal Excellent spoken English with a clear, professional phone presence (we will do a short call before hiring) Availability during US Central business hours (at least 3–4 hours of overlap daily) 1+ years of VA, admin, or inside sales experience Organized, reliable, and able to work without constant supervision Bonus: experience with B2B sales or procurement research Note: All account logins and official submissions remain with the owner. Your role is research, outreach, communication, and preparation. This is a long-term position with a growing business — we're looking for someone who takes ownership.
