Looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support a growing PR agency and personal brand. Responsibilities: Manage 4–6 email inboxes Coordinate podcast, media, and interview bookings Send calendar invites and maintain schedules Track bookings and keep records updated Research sponsorships, brand partnerships, and monetization opportunities Conduct outreach to hotels, travel brands, and other potential partners Opportunity for Growth: This role can expand into a full-time position for someone who understands social media, content creation, writing hooks/scripts, trend research, and basic video editing. Requirements: Must be online and actively working at a computer during scheduled work hours Excellent organizational and communication skills Strong attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple inboxes and calendars Highly proficient with technology and quick to learn new tools Experience with Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, and spreadsheets Social media and basic video editing experience is a plus Hours: Approximately 4 hours per day to start, with potential to grow into a full-time role.
