Virtual Property Manager for Rentals

I need a virtual property manager who can assist with virtual property management of vacation rentals. We are a property management company with over 80 rental units that range from homes to hotels, motels, and glamping sites. They should have experience with Airbnb, communication, and possibly other related tasks. The role involves managing bookings, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring smooth operations of the rental properties. The virtual property manager must be fluent in Spanish and English. We want our applicant to be familiar with the following softwares: Guesty Breezeway Pricelabs Airdna and any other property management softwares. The job is 5-6 days per week and we are looking to hire someone full time. Our current team consists of 7 virtual assistants who all are with us over a year or approaching a year.
