Web Developer/Designer Needed for a Full Website Redesign

I'm looking for a skilled developer to redesign my existing WordPress website from the ground up. The site is cpollardlaw.com I want a modern, clean look that's easy to navigate and works great on mobile. The goal is to turn the site into a conversion machine while maintaining an editorial, educational vibe. For reference, I'm looking to compete with sites like Atticus.com and Pond Lehocky.
