Webflow Expert for Ongoing Site Maintenance, Fixes & Custom Design

Overview We're looking for an expert Webflow developer (with strong CMS experience) to be our go-to person for ongoing website support. This is a long-term, as-needed engagement — not a full-time role. Your job is to keep our site running smoothly and help us continue building it out correctly over time. Our setup Our site was built in Webflow by a design agency. The front end is functional, but the underlying build — the class structure, CMS, and custom code — is difficult for our team to edit or extend on our own. We need someone who understands how a Webflow site is architected under the hood, not just the visual builder — someone who can confidently work inside a site they didn't build, clean up what's fragile, and extend it without breaking things. What you'll do: • Ongoing site maintenance and general upkeep in Webflow • Fixes and bug resolution as issues come up • Customizing and designing pages and components to match our vision • Implementing new layouts, sections, and design changes • Ensuring the site stays responsive, fast, and consistent across devices • Occasional custom code (HTML/CSS/JS) and integrations as needed What we're looking for: • Expert-level Webflow — not just the Designer canvas, but the underlying structure: clean, scalable class systems, CMS collections, complex interactions, and reusable components • Ability to work with (and clean up) a site someone else built — refactoring messy or hard-to-edit structure • Custom code fluency: HTML/CSS/JavaScript embeds, and third-party integrations (forms, analytics, [HubSpot/your CRM]) • Strong UI/UX sensibility — can both design and build Reliable, fast turnaround and clear, timely communication Engagement: • Long-term (6+ months), ongoing as-needed support — not a full-time role • Hourly, within the $51–$80/hour range Please share relevant Webflow projects or a portfolio, and a short note on your availability for ongoing/on-call work.
