Website Design and Build

We need someone to build a website from scratch. We are not simply looking for someone to build pages. We are looking for someone who can help us create a simple, intuitive and scalable user experience that supports a growing accommodation business. We have prepared a project brief (below) and would love to speak with experienced (either intermediate or expert level whatever that means) web designers and builders. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio in web development and design, and be able to bring my vision to life effectively. We're looking to get started as soon as possible. We have limited website knowledge and experience but we know my business well and want a website with great functionality and which provides a wonderful user experience. We would value someone able to not only take direction but who can help with advice, options, solutions, and feedback. The brief so far is attached.
