Summary

WordPress & CRM Support Specialist We are looking for a reliable WordPress & CRM Support Specialist to support our websites, CRM system, automations, and internal technical processes. Main tasks: Support WordPress website issues Assist with plugin/theme updates and basic troubleshooting Make simple content and page updates Test website features before deployment Support CRM users and troubleshoot basic CRM issues Help create, test, and update CRM automations/workflows Document recurring issues and solutions Prepare simple updates/reports on tasks and issues Skills required: WordPress experience CRM experience Basic automation/workflow knowledge Strong troubleshooting skills Clear written communication Ability to work remotely and document tasks properly Experience with Groundhogg CRM, Oxygen Builder, PHP, 3CX, AWS, Vultr, or Linux/Windows servers is a plus.
