Wordpress Theme Replacement and Site Update

We have a small (under 60 pages) non-profit Wordpress site and our theme is not only out of date but no longer updating. We are looking to update the theme to a Themeisle theme and make limited design updates to primary pages within that style of theme. Would include home page update, landing page update, interior page and post template. We are open to design concept suggestions. This would require no content work from the contractor and the contractor would work in a staging site. You would be working primarily with one staff member. If the work is satisfactory and both parties are happy with the arrangement, we would be interested in keeping a relationship for ongoing site maintenance.
