UX/UI designer needed

We are looking for a highly skilled UX/UI Designer to take lead on a SaaS platformproject. We prioritize clean, minimalist aesthetics and a conversion-focused approach. Note: The hiring manager is a designer, so we are looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail and professional workflow standards. What we expect from you: Strategic UX: Ability to map out user flows and information architecture before moving to visuals. Premium UI: Sharp visual execution, mastery of white space, typography, and visual hierarchy. Figma Excellence: We require 100% organized files. This means strict use of Auto-layouts, Components, Variants, and a clean layer structure. Responsive Design: Flawless layouts for Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile. Business Logic: You design for goals (conversions, sign-ups), not just for decoration. Deliverables: Complete UX Research & Wireframes. High-fidelity UI Design (approx. 10-15 main screens + states). Scalable Design System / Style Guide. Interactive Prototype in Figma. Seamless Developer Handoff package. Requirements: A portfolio demonstrating high-end, modern digital products (please, no generic templates). Advanced proficiency in Figma. Strong communication skills and ability to explain design decisions. Experience in [SaaS / Fintech / E-commerce] is a huge plus.
