AWS and Cloudflare error and IP conflict

Summary

We are getting error codes and we are currently without a programmer. I need immediate assistance with a possibility of a long term IT relationship. We have an EMR built on AWS and our cloudflare and AWS are not working together. We attempted to redirect it and may have made it worse.
