We are a nearshore staffing and Employer of Record (EOR) company helping U.S. and Canadian businesses recruit and hire remote customer service, sales, and back-office employees in Mexico — without opening a local entity. We source the talent and handle all payroll, compliance, and legal requirements, so our clients get qualified staff at 50% less than local hiring costs with zero administrative burden. We are seeking a self-driven Freelance Business Development Representative to help us grow by identifying and reaching out to potential clients. This is a 100% commission-based freelance opportunity. You work when you want, where you want, and at your own pace. You are responsible for generating your own prospects and outreach. If you are a motivated self-starter who thrives on independence and wants to earn based on your results, this role is for you. Duties: Independently prospect and identify U.S. and Canadian companies that could benefit from nearshore staffing solutions Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, cold email, or any channel of your choice Engage decision makers in B2B sales conversations and articulate the value of FTalent's services Book qualified meetings with potential clients and hand off interested prospects to our closing team Manage your own pipeline and outreach strategy with full autonomy What You Earn: $800 per closed deal with 1 employee placed $1,100 for 2 employees $1,400 for 3 employees $300 additional per each extra employee placed Requirements: Proven experience in B2B prospecting, outbound sales, or business development Fluent English mandatory Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently without supervision or provided leads Experience in staffing, recruitment, or HR is a strong advantage Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM tools is a plus What We Offer: 100% remote and flexible — work on your own schedule Full autonomy over your prospecting strategy and outreach Competitive commission structure with no earning cap Full support and marketing materials provided once meetings are booked
