About Us We're a growing digital marketing agency looking for a U.S.-based Google Ads Manager to become a long-term extension of our team. We currently manage five Google Ads accounts across multiple industries, with our primary immediate need being our largest ecommerce client that sells industrial and consumer magnets. As we continue to grow, this contractor will gradually take ownership of additional client accounts. We have documented onboarding processes, SOPs, and a time-tracking platform already in place, so you'll have everything needed to get up to speed quickly. What You'll Do Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decisions Improve ROAS, conversions, CTR, Quality Scores, and overall account health Identify opportunities for new campaigns, keywords, audiences, and testing Review search terms, negatives, bidding strategies, budgets, and ad copy Prepare monthly performance summaries Attend two client video meetings each month to discuss: Campaign performance Wins and opportunities What is working What isn't working Next optimization steps Communicate complex Google Ads concepts in a way clients can easily understand Collaborate with our internal team on strategy and implementation Current Accounts 1 large Ecommerce account (Magnets) 4 additional accounts (Lead Generation & Service Businesses) You will begin with the ecommerce account and gradually assist with the remaining accounts. Requirements Must Have Located in the United States Fluent English with excellent verbal communication skills Comfortable leading client-facing Zoom or Google Meet calls Strong experience with Ecommerce Google Ads Experience with: Performance Max Shopping Campaigns Search Campaigns Display & Remarketing Conversion Tracking Google Tag Manager (preferred) Google Analytics 4 Ability to explain campaign performance to non-technical clients Strong analytical mindset Reliable and responsive communication
