# Marketing Execution Manager / Growth Marketing Operator ## Contract Role for SH/FT ## About SH/FT SH/FT is building the operating system for the people who keep the world moving — construction teams, warehouse workers, field service teams, manufacturing crews, logistics teams, healthcare workers, and other high-output workforces. We help employers support the whole person through wellness, coaching, recovery, mental fitness, movement, nutrition, and performance support designed for real workers in real environments. We already have our strategy, positioning, message blueprint, pilot direction, and core audience defined. Now we need someone who can help us execute. ## The Role We are looking for a hands-on **Marketing Execution Manager / Growth Marketing Operator** to turn our existing strategy into weekly market-facing output. This is not a strategy role. This is not a brand exploration role. This is not a fractional CMO role. We need a builder, writer, organizer, and campaign operator who can take direction, understand the SH/FT voice, and help us ship every week. You will work directly with the SH/FT leadership team to execute content, outbound campaigns, partnership outreach, PR/podcast outreach, sales enablement materials, website copy updates, and weekly reporting. ## What You’ll Own ### Content Execution * Write and schedule LinkedIn posts for SH/FT and founder-led content * Turn founder notes, calls, ideas, and meeting takeaways into market-facing content * Repurpose long-form ideas into posts, emails, one-pagers, and short-form sales copy * Maintain a weekly content calendar * Keep the SH/FT voice consistent, clear, and practical ### Outbound Campaign Support * Build outbound email drafts and follow-up sequences * Create campaign language for pilot prospects, partners, associations, brokers, trade groups, and referral partners * Help organize target lists and outreach trackers * Track responses, follow-ups, and next steps * Coordinate with leadership on warm intros and priority relationships ### PR, Podcast, and Authority Outreach * Research relevant podcasts, trade publications, associations, events, and media opportunities * Draft outreach messages and pitch angles * Track submissions and follow-ups * Help position Chris and SH/FT for founder-led visibility * Repurpose interviews, media wins, and speaking opportunities into content ### Sales Enablement * Create and update one-pagers, follow-up emails, pilot overview copy, FAQ language, and buyer-facing materials * Help turn the SH/FT message blueprint into usable sales assets * Support website and landing page copy updates * Package proof points, testimonials, and early pilot learnings into simple sales tools ### Campaign Operations and Reporting * Maintain a weekly execution tracker * Report what shipped, what is in progress, what is blocked, and what needs approval * Track basic KPIs: content shipped, outreach sent, replies, meetings created, assets completed, and follow-up actions * Help keep the team focused on execution instead of more planning ## What We Need Every Week The right person should be able to consistently produce visible output, such as: * 3–5 LinkedIn posts * 1 outbound email sequence or campaign asset * 10–25 targeted outreach actions supported or queued * 1–2 sales enablement or website copy assets * updated campaign tracker * weekly execution recap We care less about perfect polish and more about momentum, clarity, and consistency. ## Who You Are You are a strong fit if you are: * a clear writer * highly organized * fast without being sloppy * comfortable with B2B marketing * experienced with LinkedIn, email campaigns, and sales enablement * able to turn messy founder thinking into clean copy * comfortable working in a startup environment * proactive about moving work forward * allergic to vague strategy decks * focused on shipping You should be able to take an existing strategy and say: “Got it. Here is what we are publishing, sending, tracking, and improving this week.” ## Experience We’d Like to See * B2B marketing execution experience * Startup, founder-led, or early-stage company experience * Experience writing LinkedIn content, outbound emails, and sales materials * Experience with HubSpot, Salesloft, Apollo, LinkedIn, Notion, Google Workspace, Canva, or similar tools * Experience with health, wellness, construction, logistics, workforce, HR, benefits, insurance, or blue-collar industries is a plus * Comfort working with senior leaders and moving quickly ## What This Role Is Not This is not a role for someone who wants to spend the first month redefining our brand. We are not looking for: * a brand strategist * a messaging consultant * a fractional CMO * a designer-only role * a social media poster with no B2B experience * someone who needs a perfect brief before starting * someone who only tells us what to do We need someone who can do the work. ## Initial Scope This will start as a contract role for an initial 60–90 day execution sprint. Possible structure: * 10–20 hours per week * remote * weekly working meeting with SH/FT leadership * async execution throughout the week * potential to expand if the fit is strong ## Compensation Compensation will be based on experience and scope. Target range: * $4,000–$6,000/month for part-time execution support * $6,000–$8,500/month for a senior execution operator * higher only if the role includes campaign management, CRM reporting, and measurable pipeline support ## How We’ll Evaluate Success Success in this role means SH/FT is consistently shipping. Within the first 30 days, we expect to see: * regular LinkedIn content published * outbound campaigns drafted and moving * PR/podcast/association outreach organized * sales assets created or improved * a clear weekly tracker in place * measurable activity and follow-up rhythm * less work sitting inside the founders’ heads
