This role is responsible for creating and publishing social media content, building and maintaining follower engagement, and making website updates as needed. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a creative mindset, and experience managing digital content across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities -Create engaging social media content, including graphics, photos, videos, and written posts. -Develop and maintain a regular posting schedule across all social media channels. -Monitor social media trends and recommend content ideas to increase engagement. -Grow and engage followers through consistent interaction and community management. -Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner. -Track social media performance and provide recommendations for improvement. -Update website content, images, banners, pages, and other features as requested. -Ensure website information is accurate, current, and aligned with brand standards. -Collaborate with management to promote events, services, products, and company initiatives. -Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital channels.
