AMPP (Association for Materials Protection and Performance) is seeking an experienced Wix website designer to create a professional, customizable website templates that will be used by our volunteer chapter leaders around the world. Our chapter leaders are engineers, inspectors, and industry professionals—not marketers or web designers. We want to give them an easy-to-use, attractive website template that allows them to create a professional online presence without needing advanced technical skills. This project is part of a larger Chapter Leader Resource Program designed to provide volunteers with practical marketing tools that strengthen local chapter engagement while maintaining consistent AMPP branding. What We're Looking For We are looking for a designer who has: • Extensive experience designing websites in Wix • Strong UI/UX design skills • Experience creating reusable website templates • Ability to create websites that are easy for non-technical users to edit • Experience designing for nonprofit organizations, associations, or membership organizations is a plus • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Project Scope Design 3 fully customizable Wix website template that chapter leaders can duplicate and personalize, each with a light and dark version (6 total). The template should include pages such as: • Home • About the Chapter • Upcoming Events • News or Blog • Leadership / Board Members • Sponsors • Contact • Join / Membership Information • Photo Gallery (optional) • Resources (optional) The design should: • Follow modern website design best practices • Be mobile responsive • Be clean, professional, and easy to navigate • Be simple enough for volunteers with little web experience to maintain • Follow AMPP branding (brand guidelines and assets will be provided) • Include editable sections with placeholder content and instructions where appropriate Design Goals The website should help chapter leaders: • Promote local events • Communicate with members • Highlight sponsors • Showcase chapter leadership • Increase chapter visibility • Create a consistent experience across all AMPP chapter websites Above all, the templates should make maintaining a chapter website simple and stress-free for volunteers.
