Job Title: Head of Operations / Integrator Company: WrapAcademy About the role WrapAcademy is looking for a high-level operator who can help turn vision into execution. This person will serve as a true right hand to the founder and take ownership of day-to-day operations, implementation, systems, and follow-through across the business. We need someone who can step into a fast-moving environment, make smart decisions, bring structure to chaos, and help the company run more smoothly without requiring constant oversight. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, execute quickly, and make the many small and large decisions that keep a growing business moving forward. The right person will be highly organized, operationally sharp, decisive, and confident enough to challenge ideas when needed. We are looking for someone who can take a vision, pressure-test it, improve it, and implement it. Key responsibilities Course and customer success operations * Conduct a full audit of our course ecosystem and customer journey * Identify friction points, confusion, inefficiencies, and gaps in the student experience * Improve the structure, flow, clarity, and implementation path of course materials * Help create a more seamless experience that increases customer success and follow-through * Recommend what should be simplified, reorganized, added, or removed Operational leadership and implementation * Act as the operational integrator for the business * Take ideas from the founder and turn them into clear plans, systems, and execution * Own day-to-day operational decisions so the founder does not have to be the bottleneck * Build and improve workflows, systems, and internal organization across the company * Drive accountability, follow-up, and execution on priorities * Create order, structure, and momentum across moving parts Systems and infrastructure * Build out and improve operational systems tied to the business * Help create and maintain systems related to real estate investing operations * Improve billing systems and operational workflows for WrapAcademy students * Organize Google Drive, documentation, and internal assets so information is easier to find and use * Identify breakdowns in operations and proactively solve them Decision-making and founder support * Be available to make ongoing small decisions that come up across the business * Know when to act independently and when to escalate * Push back when something is not the right move * Serve as a strong thought partner, not just an executor * Reduce founder overload by owning operational judgment and follow-through Who you are * Extremely organized and detail-oriented * Strong operator with excellent judgment * Fast-moving and execution-focused * Able to create clarity in messy environments * Comfortable making decisions without needing hand-holding * Strong communicator who can coordinate across multiple priorities * Confident enough to say no or challenge direction when needed * Strategic enough to see the big picture, practical enough to build the system * Reliable, steady, and highly accountable Ideal experience * Experience in operations, business management, integrator, COO, or director of operations roles * Proven ability to build systems and improve processes in a growing business * Experience supporting a founder or CEO in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment * Familiarity with online education, coaching, courses, memberships, or customer success operations is a strong plus * Familiarity with billing, back-end systems, documentation, and business infrastructure * Bonus if you have experience in real estate investing businesses or adjacent operational environments What success looks like in this role * The founder is no longer the default decision-maker for every operational issue * The company runs with more structure, clarity, and accountability * The course experience becomes easier to follow and better optimized for customer success * Systems are documented, organized, and improved * Operational bottlenecks are identified and solved quickly * Execution speed increases without sacrificing quality This role is for someone who wants to become deeply embedded in the business and help build the operational foundation for the next stage of growth.
