Near Shore Fullstack Developer (Mexico/South America Preferred)

DO NOT CONTACT OFF PLATFORM Looking for a fullstack developer as part of a 24 week fullstack custom CRM build out and launch. Hours are flexible but must be able to commit to 20 hours minimum a week and be available for at least 2 standup calls. We expect you to have a deep and thorough knowledge of using Claude Code, while also being able to review the output and ensure project requirements are being followed. As the posting said we prefer someone who is near shore and available during US business hours (Mexico, South America etc). The technology stack has not been chosen but we are likely to go with an end to end javascript stack (react + nextjs) hosted on AWS and using a postgresql databae.
