Full-Stack Developer / Technical Problem Solver

We’re looking for a highly capable Full-Stack Developer to join our team long-term. This role is for someone who can build, fix, improve, and take ownership of technical projects from start to finish. We need someone who is not only a strong developer, but also smart, trustworthy, humble, business-minded, and able to think outside the box. We are looking for someone who can understand the goal behind a project, recommend better solutions, and add value beyond just writing code. Responsibilities -Build, maintain, and improve web applications and internal systems -Work on backend, frontend, databases, APIs, and integrations -Create scripts, automations, and technical tools -Troubleshoot bugs and technical issues -Support CRM, website, AI, and automation-related projects -Review existing systems and recommend improvements -Take projects from idea to completion -Document important technical processes when needed Requirements -Full-stack development experience -Solid backend and database knowledge -Experience with Python scripts, coding, APIs, and automation -Comfortable working with AI tools and technical integrations -Ability to understand business needs and turn them into technical solutions -Strong problem-solving skills -Good communication and reliability -Honest, humble, trustworthy, and proactive -Long-term mindset Who This Is For This role is for a talented developer who enjoys solving problems, building useful systems, and taking ownership.
