Currently interviewing for SDR Manager and BDR Manager roles at enterprise SaaS companies including observability, cybersecurity, AI developer tools, accounting automation, and ERP software organizations. Looking for an experienced SDR Manager or BDR Manager to help me prepare for upcoming interviews. Ideally you are currently in an SDR or BDR management role or have transitioned out within the last year, and have experience in one or more of the following verticals: cybersecurity, observability, ERP or accounting software, AI tools, or marketing and sales technology. Here is what I need help with: Developing and rehearsing strong interview stories around building SDR teams from scratch, coaching methodology, pipeline quality, and cross-functional collaboration. Preparing for behavioral and situational interview questions common in sales leadership hiring. Practicing mock interviews with real-time feedback. Strategy for navigating offers, compensation negotiation, and follow-up cadence. Also, if you have training materials you've created for BDRs that we could go over, that would be great. Ongoing support as a thought partner until the right role is secured. About me: I have nearly 10 years of enterprise SaaS sales development leadership experience including building SDR teams from scratch at a company that has since gone public. I am well prepared on paper and looking for someone who can help me translate that experience into compelling, confident interview performance. Availability: I am actively interviewing now so quick turnaround is important. Looking for someone available for sessions within the next few days. Budget: Open to discussion based on experience and availability.
