Seeking Data Science & Analytics Professionals Working with Customer Feedback

We are conducting an international research study with professionals who work with customer feedback, customer analytics, machine learning, AI, and data-driven decision making within large B2C organizations. We are particularly interested in how organizations collect, process, analyze, and use customer feedback data (surveys, reviews, support interactions, text feedback, voice data, etc.) to support business decisions, customer retention, personalization, product improvements, and customer experience initiatives. Topics may include: • Customer feedback analytics • Text and sentiment analysis • AI and machine learning applications • Customer segmentation • Voice of Customer (VoC) • Customer insights and intelligence • Predictive modeling and scoring • Customer experience analytics Format: • 60-80 minute online interview • Conducted via Zoom • $100 honorarium for participation We are looking for professionals from large B2C organizations who are directly involved in analyzing customer feedback or developing systems, models, dashboards, or processes based on customer feedback data.
