Growth Manager for Supplement Company

Brand Growth & Strategy Full-time (40 hrs/week, Monday–Friday) We're a growing consumer brand looking for a hands-on CEO to own our growth and take the company to the next level. This is a builder's role, not a figurehead one, you'll set strategy and execute it. What you'll do: - Own overall brand growth strategy and execution - Get our products into retail stores (pitching, buyer relationships, distribution) - Drive customer acquisition through Facebook and Google ads - Manage and improve paid media performance against clear CPA and ROAS targets - Build the roadmap for scaling revenue and brand awareness Who you are: - Proven track record growing a consumer/DTC brand - Hands-on experience with paid acquisition (Meta + Google) — you can read a performance report and know what to fix - Comfortable opening retail doors and closing distribution deals - Strategic thinker who's also willing to be in the weeds - Self-directed and accountable to results
