Help with Google and YouTube Brand Account Setup

Summary

My spouse has been working on trying to setup a YouTube channel and we've managed to make a Brand Account, but there are some areas of confusion in a few spots and we need a bit of clarity and help navigating through to help get to the finish line so that she has a YouTube Brand Account with a secure email. (I believe we have the secure email set up, and that we have the brand account setup, but she needs someone who does this type of work regularly to help guide her through next steps and explain certain concepts a bit more clearly than the documentation on Google is currently doing). I would expect we would need to do this on a call with screen sharing. Respectfully, Orion Palmer
