Looking for Machine Learning & Automation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning & Automation Specialist to help us design, develop, and deploy intelligent automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in machine learning, AI-driven workflows, process automation, and integrating various tools and platforms to streamline business operations. Responsibilities: - Develop, train, and optimize machine learning models for business use cases. - Design and implement automated workflows using modern automation platforms and APIs. - Build data pipelines for collecting, cleaning, and processing structured and unstructured data. - Integrate AI/ML solutions with existing systems and third-party applications. - Create predictive models, recommendation systems, classification models, or custom AI solutions. - Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency. - Document processes, workflows, and technical implementations. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and business requirements. Required Skills: Strong experience with Python and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. Experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms. Knowledge of data processing, ETL pipelines, and API integrations. Experience working with LLMs, AI agents, RAG systems, or Generative AI applications is a plus. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions. Preferred Qualifications Experience with NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics projects. Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and AI orchestration frameworks.
