AI + Telegram Business Integration Specialist Needed for Existing AI Assistant

We are looking for an experienced developer/team to build a safe and scalable Telegram integration for our existing AI assistant called Arthur. Important: Arthur is already developed, trained, tested, and has its own knowledge base, logic, and personality system. We do **not** need a new AI bot from scratch. We need to integrate the existing Arthur Core/API into Telegram so it can work as an AI assistant for a team of trainers. **Main goal** People write to a trainer in Telegram → the message is sent to Arthur → Arthur replies on behalf of the trainer → complex cases are transferred to a human trainer/team. We want to start with an MVP for one trainer, but the architecture must be prepared for scaling to multiple trainers later. **Required functionality** 1. **AI assistant for trainers** * Connect trainer’s Telegram Business account to Arthur. * Send incoming messages to Arthur Core/API. * Return Arthur’s replies back to the user on behalf of the trainer. * Detect complex cases and transfer them to a human. 2. **Message sequences / conversation flows** * Branching logic: yes/no/question/no reply. * Delays and follow-ups. * Pause sequence when the user replies. * Arthur answers questions inside the flow. * Human handoff when needed. 3. **Broadcasts to warm contacts** * Ability to send safe broadcasts and message sequences to warm contacts who already interacted with the trainer. * We do not want risky grey-area automation of personal accounts. * We need an official or maximally safe implementation using Telegram Business / Bot API / permitted mechanisms. 4. **Safe solution for contacts outside the 24-hour window** * Please propose the safest architecture for users who wrote several days or a week ago. * Possible options: opt-in bot, subscription system, consent-based reminders, separate official bot for longer sequences, or another safe approach. * We need a clear explanation of what is official, what is risky, and what you recommend. 5. **Analytics and filtering** We need to track: * who replied; * who did not reply; * who is interested; * who has not registered for a seminar yet; * what stage of the sequence each person is in; * who needs manual response; * which messages/sequences perform better. 6. **Scaling to multiple trainers** Each trainer should have: * separate Telegram connection; * separate contact base; * separate dialogue history; * separate Arthur personality/style; * separate sequences; * separate analytics.
