Part-Time Sales & Customer Service Rep — Self-Storage (U.S. Eastern Time)

Summary

We own self-storage facilities and we’re hiring one reliable, friendly salesperson to handle our most important calls: people who want to rent a unit. An AI agent already answers our phones 24/7 and handles routine questions (payments, gate codes), so your focus is simple — turn interested callers into paying tenants and follow up fast so none slip away. What you’ll do • Answer inbound sales and reservation calls; explain unit sizes, pricing, and availability; close the rental. • Call new leads back within minutes and follow up with prospects who haven’t decided yet (including older, cold leads). • Handle handoffs from our AI phone agent — payment questions, move-outs, billing. • Make friendly courtesy calls to past-due tenants before accounts escalate. • Log every lead and outcome in Monday.com (our lead tracker / source of truth). Schedule and Pay • 30 hours/week, 6 hours/day, Monday–Friday. • Working hours: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time (you must be available during this block). • Base + bonus per lease you close. • Long-term, ongoing role for the right person. Tools we use (we’ll train you) Monday.com, Cubby storage management software, and our Patchwork/Ava AI phone agent.
