Real Estate Appointment Setter (Hourly + High Commission)

About the role We're a real estate brand looking for a sharp, reliable appointment setter to start conversations and book qualified calls for us. You'll be the first point of contact with warm and semi-warm leads, so we want someone who is personable, organized, and great over text. This is a part-time, ongoing role with room to grow as we scale. Compensation There's an hourly base, but our real focus is finding a great setter who believes in themselves and wants to earn a lot more. We pay $50 for every call you book, so your upside is significant. The better you are, the more you make. If you're confident in your ability to start conversations and book appointments, this is a role where you can far outearn a flat hourly rate. What you'll be doing - Messaging people who follow us on Instagram to start genuine conversations and identify interest - Reaching out to leads already in our CRM to re-engage and book calls - Qualifying leads and booking appointments onto our calendar - Following up consistently and keeping notes/statuses updated in the CRM - Hitting weekly conversation and booked-appointment targets What we're looking for - Real estate experience strongly preferred (you understand the lingo, the buyer/seller mindset, and how to talk to people about property) - Proven experience as a setter, SDR, or in DM/outbound outreach - Excellent written English and a natural, non-spammy messaging style - Comfortable in Instagram DMs and CRM tools - Self-managed, responsive, and consistent - Available to work part-time USA hours on a regular schedule Nice to have - Experience setting appointments specifically in real estate - Familiarity with HighLevel CRM To Apply - Start your reply with the word "I am a real estate setter" so I know you read this.
